I'm going to stop spamming the What Are You Playing thread now guys.
ALSO!!!!!!!!! I made a new YouTube channel to match the name I more commonly use online, so if you want to see my Beat Saber stuff on your feed, or you followed my other YouTube channel, sub to this one.
Man, I bet trying Nine Inch Nails' "Perfect Drug" would require you to actually be a Jedi Master.
Also, I bet Mirwais' "Disco Science" would be pretty awesome in Beat Saber.
I am so mad at all the misses on the side swings that are basically just me swinging the sabers at *slightly* the wrong height.

I spent 40 minutes today making sure I full combo'ed this, so while I started with more body movements early on, they gradually decreased as time went on. But it's still 100% more than @GasBandit 's avatars.
(When it's done uploading)
Since my husband is out of town, I'm "borrowing" his computer to do the heavy lifting of streaming for me, since my computer's CPU chokes on trying to use Mixed Reality and OBS at the same time when I try to stream.
I don't caaaaaaare. If it is I really can't fix it.

Well, on the plus side, the sabers seem to be matching the hand movements much better.

I will say, I'm getting proud of my squats. They aren't as good as they were in my derby days, but when I started playing Beat Saber a little over a month ago, I'd take a knee for those walls and my daughter would make fun of me for taking forever to get back up.
I'm pretty sure I don't go near that fast, but I was having a lot of weird issues with the in game camera going sideways at random before they patched. Doesn't seem to happen anymore.

I'm still having occasional glitches with my left hand in beat saber, but I'm wondering if that's because that's the side that the usb 2.0 sensor is on. My right always seems fine.

You all make this VR thing simultaneously sound very intriguing yet horribly fiddly and complicated.
It can be. I think it mostly stems from how now everybody's (or at least guys like me) trying to do it on the cheap... with only 3 or even 2 sensors instead of 4, on computers from 2 or 3 generations ago, windows 7 instead of 10, and so on and so forth, where it works "most" of the time. I imagine it'd be a lot less fiddly with top of the line everything and the full suite of devices.

We're going to have to start calling her Darth Dei.
Ooh, thanks for that... yeah, I've already noticed intermittent audio cutouts in the right earphone of my headset. Just wiggling it a little made the sound come back, but I was worried it was going to graduate into a permanent problem.
