So, I've mentioned before that I do yoga. I just tried to do some and...well, doing one pose that I do all the time, I started getting dizzy.
Sometimes (very rarely; once in a few months), when I stretch, I'll have a dizzy spell, complete with some shaking that lasts for all of 5-10 seconds. This felt similar, only without the shaking. Of course, as soon as I broke out of the pose to fall on my hands, it went away.
I tried it without extending my arm, but as soon I do, the dizziness comes about.
You guys have any ideas? This has never happnened before when I did yoga and this is one of my favourite poses, in fact. Thinking I might go see a doctor about this.

Get your blood pressure checked.
You could also be cutting off blood-flow to your neck. - VERY unlikely. It looks like a mild stretch.
Hey Doc, I get dizzy when I do this.
Then don't do that.

Yeah, I think it's the neck. I just tired again with two variations:
-Tried doing it on the left side. Nothing happened.
-Tried the pose without turning my neck upwards, no dizziness. Soon as I start to turn it up, I start to get dizzy.

...there was an episode of House very similar.. it turned out to be in the lady's lower intestine... see a doctor.
Also may be a inner ear condition? Not a doctor, see one!

Yes, I've also heard this supposed "it was lupus that one time" but have failed to see the offending episode
And now the dizziness has gotten worse. Got really dizzy when I layed down to go to sleep (went away after about a minute) and also got dizzy rolling out of bed this morning.
I'm going to the hospital today.
Addendum: Also, bad headache last night and still lingering this morning.

ok guys, bets on what he has!
I think...
(A) ear infection / inner ear infection
(B) fluid buildup
(C) Lupus
(D) aneurysm / hemorrhoids
(E) ? ...
(F) Money!
(don't you wish this was a poll?) =D
(j/k Nick, rooting for ya!)

And the hospital didn't halp at all. She said the dizziness is nothing to be concerned about, unless the headaches continue.
I'm gonna go up to the university clinic on Monday and see what they say.
In the meantime, I'm assuming it's Lupus until further notice.

It's very rarely lupus

I am going to go with an electrolyte imbalance as the most likely cause, unless he says he has hearing loss. When doing Yoga or other strenuous exercises it is important to eat well and drink plenty of water....notice I didn't use the word fluids. Any electrolytes you need can be gained from food and water, though there is a balance ensure you are not drinking too much water at once causing hyponatremia. Good luck bro.
It sounds like something either in the vein of blood pressure/circulation or sinus problem.
I'd recommend bathing in the blood of a thousand virgins.

a THOUSAND virgins!? Holy shit, he's gonna have to raid a children's home or something cause he'll have a hard time finding so many virgins over the age of 14 in a several mile radius in this day and age.
