Just added a truckload of games that I know saves the score. Some of them I don't know if I have them in the right category and I don't have time to play them right now.
I've also started adding games from Armor Games, but these do not save the score. If that bothers you, I will remove those games that don't save. If you don't care but just want to play them then I'll leave them up. Added at: 18:41
Not sure which one is more annoying - Froggit or Frogger. They are the same game but the music....oi vey.

Getting there, man. Getting there.

It's not a Halforums arcade until we can shoot gems hard.
A lot of that going on in there. (I know, it's still in the works)

The developer not only went on vacation, but he was back 1 day and had to leave again for a death in teh family. Frankly, I don't think he cares about the Arcade right now and I don't blame him.

So, thought on the games after an evening of arcade binging:
- Snake, Asteroids, Pac-Man, Space Invaders and Tetris are decent ports of classic games, and they all play well.
- Curveball, Chopper, Alchemy, Magnet Towers and Archery are fun too.
- Blackjack and Roulette are...blackjack and roulette. With no money and no multiplayer, it's kind of lame, but the games play fine otherwise.
- Bejeweled/Bejeweled Blitz really drags. It plays really slow compared to other Bejeweled games/apps out there.
- Ants is...I dunno, I just don't get it. The controls feel kind of loose, and the game feels like a repetitive WarioWare type game, but there's nothing wrong with it on a technical level.
- Zelda is...a speed memory game. It's a cheap gimmick use of a brand to make a memory game more appealing to play.
- Frogger/Frogit are terrible ports. The controls are terribly unresponsive and it runs sluggish. The Atari version was better.

I agree with all of the above. Ants is kinda odd in a strangely engaging way.
One thing I DO like about this system is the ability to add Armor Games. Now all we have to do is be able to save the scores and we'll be cooking with gas.
For the record, the dev is working on the games and tech side first, THEN he's going to be working on the looks of it. So don't think the look is anything that will be even close to final. In addition, one of the main modders from vB has moved to XF and is planning on helping add mods to the arcade once it's getting close to being done. So all we need to do is stop the relatives of the dev from dying and we'll be trucking right along.
