Resident Evil? Silent Hill? Xenogears? is William Birkin from Resident Evil 2, afte rhe's been infected with the G-Virus.

"I think this is a Kingdom Hearts character" is Demyx from Kingdom Hearts 2.

"Biker chick... er, dude?" is definitely a Tetsuya Nomura design. I'd guess from The Bouncer or Final Fantasy XIII,
