I'm not sure there's much more to say, at the moment. Am I leaving something obvious out?

My suggestions:

Make it a separate thread.
Set specific time frame for submitting photos (1 week from the start of the thread, for example)
Make it clear how the judges examine and rate photos

I think this could be really fun.

Okay, I think I've been multi-tasking too much and my brain is all discombobulated. I'll start a new thread later today to talk about the Cosplay Bounty, and try and explain what I was thinking, and what still needs to be rethought.
