The whole thing really felt unnecessary, considering the current Captain Britain is a middle aged Muslim woman in a hijab. But maybe that's just me.

Looks like it's part of the Age of Ultron storyline. I haven't touched that yet. I'll wait until it gets traded.

Oh, wait, I just looked it up, the trade just came out a couple weeks ago.

Yeah, reading the story, it looks like it was just over them selling the fabric. Seems pretty reasonable to me.
