No, it's just wireless and wired broadband.
That alone is reason to think the deal stinks. I know there were a lot of hopes pinned on WiMax to finally deliver real broadband service in places where cable companies don't reach, but if it's only going to end up throttled like satellite and cellular, that just kills all the benefits.

Any of the 4G wireless networks could be a great lower cost alternative to wired networks. I have a feeling it's just not going to happen though.
