government job + porn star wife = fired?

This is kinda interesting. Since he was fired by enacting "no-cause" clause (basically they can fire you just cause) it is hard NOT to tie to his wife's profession. I mean it was fire after the information was discovered and the council had emergency meeting.

Even the guy performance review was good and he is generally well like guy... I mean what else would they fire him?

Yeah was definately fired over the wife. One of the council memberes even flat out says in the article that the reason he was fired was because of the wife.

Course they are still a huge group of fuckwits. Guy was willing to resign but they fired him instead? Where the fuck does that come from? I mean the guy quits it might be picked up by the Florida state paper. He gets fired they have to pay severance and it goes national.
