Because a lot of them block hotlinking. When you load them in another window, they aren't being hotlinked, so they load. Then, they're in your browser's cache, so you see them on the forum.

But, as they are in my cache (I searched for them), I always see them when I post them!!

How can I check them?

I post using firefox.

Then i open the thread in IE (since i won't have the images cached). That'll reveal if my images are anti-hotlinked. Or, you could just clear your cache and reload the thread.

*edit* You know, going over the rules, I'd ahve to say that, literally speaking, I didn't break any rules with that previous picture. I mean, yes, it's obviously something you don't want, but it doesn't fall under rule #1 (it may have been illegal porn, but not CP), nor rule #5 (I wasn't *talking about* a crime or saying I ever committed it - I haven't, at least not this one, I assure you :-p). I don't think it breaks the thread - on the contrary - so #7 doesn't apply either...So, mod team, you might want to think about changing the wording of one of those rules :-P
