Give marijuana criminalization a swift kick in the ass.

The Govinator loves to get high; lets get this going.

Hey, I don't agree with gay marriage as being criminal. That doesn't mean I can't support marijuana.

Yes it does, because weed is homosexual.

Just kidding, believe in JESUS!

Oh no question about your feelings on the subject Quack, I'm just gonna laugh myself stupid when mary-jane becomes legal before gay marriage.

Le Quack

Lets hope it happens on the same day, sometime soon.

If pot becomes legal, maybe they'll mellow out enough to realize they screwed up on the gay marriage thing.

If this happened, I can finally convince my brother is law to send me some of his profits from his secret super stash he has hidden somewhere in California. ;)

It's kind of ironic, actually.

I figured they most of California was high when they voted against gay marriage.

Nah, they were just mostly religious fanatics. Not even potheads are that stupid.

I'm not automatically in favor of legalization efforts, from a political standpoint. Meaning, it isn't always the right time to put forth legislation to legalize; if the climate's wrong, it can just backfire and make things worse. Also, I'm leery of anything coming out of Oaksterdam.

I'd vote for the initiative if it showed up on the ballot, but given the current uproar over medical marijuana and the problems with dispensaries, I don't think this is going to go well. I'd be thrilled to be proven wrong of course.

I wish. While potheads may not be that stupid, the average Californian is. "Oh, it's not even going to illegalize gay marriage, just fix some tax loopholes!" "But if they pass it they gonna have to show the gay porns in school!"

/facepalm

Maybe it's just San Diegans? Didn't really go outside the city during the whole thing. But yes, everyone that I could find that was against it either had reasons along those lines, or were simply against it for religious purposes. Even after reciting the proposition to dozens of people verbatim, they still didn't understand that it would ban gay marriages completely.

hm, I see, so by being in San Diego, you've met a lot of average californians then. I eagerly await your reenactment of how retarded they are:coffee:
