This will give you some idea of what's going on. ON another site talking about the new company I am seeing a lot of things like this:

It's back up - Sorry about that - looks like the my.cnf file (mysql config file) had a typo in it and when the server restarted mysql around midnight, it couldn't start back up. I fixed the typo and restarted MySQL.

So what HAD been going perfectly fine now wasn't. And the downtime we've had was directly because of the new guys tinkering. Oh, and since my invoice is due tomorrow, I needed to make up my mind today. I did not want to move. Let me be very clear. This is a pain in the ass for everyone involved. But I truly believe it is in our best interests to do so.
