People should listen to the This American Life episodes about the Healthcare system. There was a really good two parter in a row that started with "More is Less", and I think continued with "Other People's Money". I think it was around the high 300s or so.

Pay for reform by slapping big pharma with a bill for the amount of money they spend on advertising viagra and depression meds (etc) for the last year. Then prohibit TV advertising for prescription drugs.
