I see the problem with the form. Google is dumb, at least in this regard.

The list in the first post is up to date, so if your name doesn't appear there and you want to participate, please fill the form out again. As far as I can tell, though, nothing was lost.

The form is fixed so that when you do submit it's very obvious that the submission went through, rather than the blank grey area that was previously displayed.

You know I forgot to mention in my online thing, but homemade stuff is awesome as well. If people want to CREATE! rather than buy thats super cool. :)

I didn't mention any specifics in my online thing, but that's because I'm not really picky and like surprises. The only thing that might be nice is to know whether the thing I get would be safe to open in front of my kid.

If you get a creepy woody in a box I would NOT open it in front of your kid. Or leave it in the house with your kid.

Generally once the lists go out, people start posting messages to this thread, or adding things to their signatures that give clues for things they'd be interested in. You didn't need to add it to the form, although that's an option for those that wanted to do it that way.

As always, I can't wait to see what I get! I love the knick-knacks I got from Detroit, and I already filled my sketchbook up.. Time for a refill!
