With Halloween just around the corner, let's share some music either about Halloween, or otherwise inspired by horror elements, either in the song itself or its music video.

Not sure this is in the vein of what you started, but this is my favorite halloween-related song.

I actually thought about posting that one myself, but thought I'd leave it for someone else :p

You just can't do horror themed music without Rob Zombie.

Oh, I've got a few. Horror-themed bands crop up quite a bit on my surf guitar Pandora and itunes radio stations.

Voltaire again since he's incredibly funny.

Perhaps also because of that:

And a classic, not sure if proper horror though :)

I honestly assumed that @WasabiPoptart's link was a link to that video.

It could have been to the part of the article that was about Stokowski's version for Fantasia but somehow the link got fooked up?
Because I had assumed too that it was a link to that version.

No actually I hadn't thought of Fantasia's version. I was thinking about the (in my mind) more well-known Rimsky-Korsakov version.

Now I'm getting lock ratings from a post I made 2 years ago.

I see you, lurkers, lurking it up!

Wholly unintentional, I assure you! Apparently I'm clicking on things indiscriminately!

(Rating now removed for maximum confusion.)

ETA relevance to topic - was prompted by Fade's (also 2 year old) post to look up my preferred version of "Grim Grinning Ghosts," (the WDW version) which has coincidentally been stuck in my head since hearing Weird Al sing a couple bars of it during his Yoda chant. Et voila!

Okay, for realz now, commence re-lurking in 3...2...

A bit on the nose, perhaps, but hey, it's a classic.
