I felt the third season was a little weak in comparison to the first two but I'm very much looking forward to this one.

So am I. Carnivals have always struck me as having great horror potential. Certainly there's a good-sized variety of horror tropes associated with carnivals they can play with.

Have you watched -Devils' Carnival-? If not, and you enjoyed -Repo! A Genetic Opera- then you should definitely catch it on Netflix as soon as you can.

Devil's Carnival wasn't nearly as good as Repo!, but it's definitely worth a watch.
