That's Forbush Man, a joke character who was later used in the Nextwave comic book.
Actually, it's occurred to me that based upon the picture, Deadpool's best men are Captain America, Wolverine, Rocket Raccoon and Longshot. I kinda want to see the shenanigans these guys must have with their bachelor party.

Pretty sure that's Cable... makes sense he would be the best man.
Yeah, it's Cable. The star-type pattern of his eye threw me off and reminded me of Longshot, but the scars on his other eye are that of Cable.
Still, imagine what a bachelor party would be like with these guys.

For while I was trying to figure out where Thor was considering they had a whole line of Asgardians (and Bill) lining up the top. Then I looked back towards Deadpool and noticed Thor between him and Cable. Not sure how I missed him the first time. 
Maybe it's Demolition Man?

Looking at the picture, I think the bride is Death. The bouquet she's holding has a skull design in it.
I didn't even know there was a female deadpool. Weird. I wish some studio had the balls to make a proper Deadpool movie. I think that Tarantino could film it. He likes dark humor and action.
