Old Kingdom heroic group...both DK tank and Pally healer are in ICC gear, somehow the DK tank isn't defense capped and the Pally healer has no idea how to cope. The tank also doesn't understand the concept of facing mobs away from the rest of the group, and can't hold aggro on more than one target.
