I think my Grandmother is a Highlander

She's nearly 90 years old.
Has been diabetic for decades.
Kicked cancer square in the nads TWICE.
And has recently been suffering from a series of mini-strokes and possible kidney failure, but then began recovering to the point where the hospice she was admitted to kicked her out for being too well.

She is now back in the nursing home she started in before the strokes. They couldn't care for her properly with her recent issues, but have now readmitted her.

The only explanation is that she's immortal.
