Hah, the interview they linked is hilarious. Never seen a PR guy twist himself into such knots to avoid saying "we were wrong, this was a bad idea." Instead they just talk about how they listen to customers.

Yeah, from what I've understood, the sales of Ubisoft's PC titles has been absolutely abysmal since they started this bullshit. Piracy may have been down, but sales tanked even harder.
