Just put an offer in on a house!

good luck mate. Is it foreclosure home? or is it a straight up purchase? (where people can counter offer)

That's great! I like the look the house too. Hopefully someday I can get a house like that.

Hope you get it. Then we'll ALL know exactly where you live. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

If someone outbids, just go ahead and see if you can get me a full name/address. They'll retract their bid by the end of the day.

Nice house. 5 bedroom 3 bath for that asking price (and a nice chunk of land it seems) is cheap (comparing to my area at least).

Could've done without the porn music on the site though.

Just put an offer in on a house!

It's a weird situation. It was on the market for $369 until a month ago, then it got "sold" and now it is being listed at $214. Talking to our realtor, the sellers weren't able to sell it at the original price and a friend ended up "buying" it at $214 to prevent foreclosure and now it looks like they are just trying to get his money back (it is being listed by the original sellers and original agent).

The good/bad of that situation is a property is required to be in possession for a minimum of 90 days before it is eligible for VA/FHA, which means that it eliminates some competition, but we need a bigger down. We looked though some options and found something we think will work.

As for knowing where I live, I don’t piss enough people off to worry about that. (I hope)

:paranoid:

Ah... so it is a regular home purchase :)

Then I wish you luck on they accept your offer and NOT counter your offer :)

Wait... What was that you just called me?

Just put an offer in on a house!

Update.

So 3PM has come and gone. Called my Realitor and apparently the Selling agents can't get ahold of the Seller...

Apparently we have the "best" offer on the table, but no one to accept it.

I hate waiting. :eek:rly:

I wish you the best of luck. I was in a similar situation. The house I put an offer on could not be sold for 3 months. I came to terms with the seller, and he let me inhabit the house for free for those last 2 months. Being able to save 2 months rent really helped. I had the cash to pick up a few things for the house, and a little help on the closing costs.
