The Hurricane's new Team Canada sweaters aren't looking so bad now. Of course they have the benefit of not having a Sabres logo on them.

Woah, you best not be hating on the Sabres classic logo. We've had some duds (something about a slug? I dunno I dont remember) but the buffalo with the swords is great. I'd say the only thing worthwhile about that jersey.

the logo is not the problem. its what it represents.

speaking of awful sweaters, a picture of the new Olympic Team Canada sweaters leaked yesterday. No idea what they were thinking. at least it makes my decision between a new team Canada sweater and a winter classic maple leafs one easy.

I really don't get why theres bitterness between Hurricanes fans and Sabres fans. Yeah that one playoff series was intense (and sucked) but that was 7 years ago. Nothing particularly notable has happened between us since then.

Lot's of Buffalo transplants in the Raleigh area. The only team that splits the arena more is Pittsburgh. Frankly I like the atmosphere when they play, they're a more passionate fanbase than any of the other teams in the old southeast division, and I'm disappointed that they didn't stick BUF and CAR in the same division with the re-org.

You should be able to join through that link. If not it may require I send e-mail invites, but for now I've made it public so that I don't have to do that. Yeah I can't figure that out either. I can send invites via email but I just created a new login and tried to join without invite and don't see an option for that. Still looking.

For some reason it's not showing up if you run a search either. It is set to public though.
