It is with sadness I pass on information from Overflight/@Computergate via discord that @twitchmoss, aka "Moss" passed away this morning after a hard fight against aplastic anemia that evolved into leukemia.
I always liked the guy, we hung out a lot on the Halforums minecraft server and IRC channel, when such things existed and were frequented. I once, as a prank, surreptitiously built a nuclear ICBM Launch silo under his minecraft base and waited weeks for him to stumble onto it.

God, that's terrible. I recall him posting sometimes but don't remember him too well. Judging by his posting history, he hasn't been active on here for a number of years.
Still, my deepest condolences to anyone who knew him well.

I talked to him a bit on Twitter and am friends with him on Facebook. His last message was from September 5:

Mossy was a big part of my social life in my teens (or what passed for one). Fell out of touch after college, but this still hits like a rock. One of the few internet folk I hung out with IRL. Fuck cancer.
