Here, you can get it off the shelf with no prescription (I used to work at Shoppers Drug Mart, which is like Canadian Walgreen's). Its not kept with the "bubblegum and candy" though, obviously.
Its kept with the condoms and pregnancy tests. In the family planning section, where the pharmacists have a view so they can assist anyone with questions regarding it, pregancy tests, ovulation kits, etc.
