And he had other companies paying him the same! H made hundreds of thousands of dollars a year doing this!

I've seen others doing it, although this is a new level. Usually you inspect and tweak the work prior to handing it off to your employer, but this guy not only had the contractor turning the work in directly to the employer with no oversight, he also handed him cryptographic information so he could log in as the employee.

I don't think I could pull that off in my line of work...

I would make him an executive, he clearly has what it takes.

I don't think I could either. Though I guess I could put my kids in a box and ship them to China. That could be outsourcing, right?
