ut oh, WoW is still around in the 23rd century? Society is doomed.
Especially if we invent Banana Coke :hmmm:

I think it's fairly safe to say that if any game from today survived until the 23rd century it would be WoW. By that point I'm sure Blizzard would have earned enough money to have their own nation somewhere.<nerdrage>You know that archers, orcs and forests are a common element in pretty much every fantasy setting? There's nothing specific to Warcraft in those pictures. It actually doesn't look a lot like WoW at all! That's no elf and the game doesn't have human hunters (well, okay, up until the next expansion). The armor is way too realistic (especially the shoulder parts lack spikyness) and there also is no headshot-mechanic in the game.</nerdrage>
Hmmkay, I'm off to do my daily quests now...
That would be the Glacier Worlds megacorp, based in Tau Ceti.I think it's fairly safe to say that if any game from today survived until the 23rd century it would be WoW. By that point I'm sure Blizzard would have earned enough money to have their own nation somewhere.
Anyway, it's interesting that she refers to herself in the game as a leader, and yet even there she is alone.
I don't know, Blizzard have been talking for a while now about some 'next gen mmo' that they are supposedly working on, haven't they? Considering the glacial speed at which they seem to work, 2195 sounds about right as a release date...Nah, City of Heroes will, no way WoW will want to make itself unable to be played by all those folks using Win 95. (2195 that is....)
