Scumm VM has a setting right in it to play fullscreen.

I've played through the first 2 games and it sure scratches the point and click adventure itch. The only real negative I can think of is that many of the puzzles are pretty easy.

Oh I know NOW just when I was playing MI2, I had no idea. And I'm not sure about easy puzzles, but I'll check it out anyway!
