Pottery my wife made and I glazed

I feel a little silly making yet another art thread, but I've been doing a lot of artistic stuff lately. ;) Sorry that a couple of the images are blurry, I was in a hurry as they are going to the festival in the morning and they needed to be packed away (which explains the lousy lighting, too).

Cups the wife made and glazed for a commission.

The wife also made and glazed this plate.

The rest she made and I glazed.

Well, that's basically what they would look like to someone who lived in poor lighting and was farsighted. They look much better in person and I am quite pleased with how everything turned out!

Man, I love that plate and those mugs in the last shot! I had an employee who used to make us some mugs for our shop that were super sweet. I miss that kind of stuff, way better than the mugs you get from Target and those kinds of places.

Thanks Espy! Those images are pretty awful, but here are some my wife took in natural light. She's much better at taking good images!

Not too big on this one (one of my early glazes). Definitely like the shino/blue/charcoal stuff much better!

Anyways, that's some of the new stuff with good pictures. I'll have some of the others we took up as well as soon as Erin cleans them up a bit.

Thank you, stienman! That means a lot to me. That blue which is on the outside of the decanters is also inside the tumbler and coffee mug. There is of course my one little nit pick with the color, but that blue is definitely not it! Thanks again!

::is all giddy::

Ok, these we just did as tests and I thought I'd share. I think these turned out beautiful and hope we can duplicate some of the effects later on. Let us know which ones you like best!

Cup 1

Cup 2

And Finally, cup 3
