OOOF! My Mother fell and broke her leg today. Broken Legs and 73 don't go together well.
...you win. I cannot complain about anything that is worse than breaking a leg for me right now. She gonna be okay?

Looks like snow, but it's 100% hail.
Flooding due to the hail clogging up the storm drains.
Damage done to hail pelting.

Where's that relationship rant thread? Because of all the gin joints, in all the parts of the world, she had to walk into the one where my co-worker, and her ex-coworker, was playing a fantastic show. And I ended up having fun with her. And it made the whole, "you evil fucking bitch" thing much less real, and she really still cares enough for me anyway, which really makes it one of those TV drama moments where there is plenty to mull over.
There's also a sideplot where the girl I brought with to that night got fed up and disappeared, so I suppose this is all karma

She's out of surgery. She messed up a vein in her leg. Time frame for now is a week in a hospital, then 2-3 weeks in a rehab center. Still a pretty tough time.
Hope that the recovery goes even smoother than that. I understand how nerve-wracking this can all be.
I'm not very confident that it will be an easy recovery. Because I think the bone broke when she put her weight on it, not when she fell.

I feel for you Shegs, My place got hailed on a few months ago durin' a storm. Cracked my damn wind-sheild, busted up my sun-flowers, and my front door almost flew off. That was more the wind, but still.
