My mom was pregnant with me when she went to a Tonight Show and Don Rickles was a guest with Johnny Carson. I've been a fan since I was in utero.

Don was on the Tonight Show one night when Johnny was absent. Don did a bit where he was stamping passports and he used Johnny's cigarette box as the stamper. It broke. Johnny found out the next night and this is what happened.
