After they made Teen Wolf a drama, I'm not surprised by anything they do any more.

While the Shannara series isn't as good as ASoIaF or The First Law or stuff, I could see it make a pretty good TV Show....But on MTV? Seriously?

I guess they want to cash in on the success of shows like "Legend of the Seeker."

Shannara started getting really repetitive after a few books. If I had to read the phrase "the little company from Culhaven" just ONE MORE TIME... I was ready to do bloody violence.

I've only made it through "Druid," myself.
The Landover books are much better, in my opinion.

Do you mean the plot of the books? Or of the series?
It was fun to watch, at any rate. It kept alive the tradition of Hercules and Xena, what with the low(ish) budget effects/acting, the occasional silliness, and the unexpected depth.

It's a reference to a reddit sub group that points out "huge tracks of land" in various movies/tv series.

There's an entire reddit sub for this? Wait, what am I saying? Of course there is.

How onomatopoetic.

PLOT is a big joke on /a/ as well, generally used when there's a lot of very well-animated boobs and not much, you know.

Plot.
