Damn lucky Ama, getting to play Half-life 2 for the first time, where's the sweetest.

The most awesome CONSOLE FPS ever perhaps. Which is like saying the wettest desert wasteland ever.

Well, FPS is pretty sweet on the Wii, so much that it feels more natural playing the Metroid Prime Trilogy than an FPS with a mouse where for some reason you can only shoot exactly in the middle of where you are looking (mind you, that applies only to Conduit, Metroid prime and Modern Warfare, the others have sluggish controls)

However for other consoles and their joysticks, amen.

This thread has actually made me dig out Resistance: Fall of Man. I don't usually like using a console controller for FPSs but after a little practice, it's becoming somewhat natural again.

This thread made me consider digging out Half Life again, lol.
That game scared made me jump my chair a few times.

HL2 was the one I thought of immediately when I saw the thread title.

I hated Goldeneye. The gun turning before the view does is just stupid and was hard for me to get used to. It killed any enjoyment I could have gotten out of the game.
