Nothing worse than a rushed ending. Ever see "Black Cat"? I had no idea what the hell was going on at the end, way too many things introduced in just 2 episodes. It has kind of a rushed ending, leaving a couple of plot holes and is very unsatisfying given that the story got very good at the end.
That's Uppote!, which was funny and then suddenly really awkward when the gungirl that gets off on shooting other gungirls showed up for the first time.Is that the really weird one where the middle school girls are guns and one of them really needs to be fired whenever she's near the new teacher?
One of my top favorites, and one of the funniest.Oh jeez, nichijou is several kinds of amazing.
The clumsy girl runs along. Guy turns a corner. She runs into him. GIANT EXPLOSION! Nobody notices. One of my top favorites, and one of the funniest.
Don't forget principals suplexing deer. The clumsy girl runs along. Guy turns a corner. She runs into him. GIANT EXPLOSION! Nobody notices.
It's one of the shows I'm following this season. Hilarious, but I'm a little iffy on the sudden turn of drama in these last few episodes.Anyone watching "Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!" ?
I really liked Soul Eater. The art design kept me hooked. One show/manga I've been meaning to watch/read is Soul Eater. Anyone know if its good? I've only seen the first episode and I'm not sure if I want to see more. Looks kind-of gimicky.
Dragon Ball was like 520+ if you combined all the series, plus yearly movies. Bleach is getting up there too. Detective Conan has them ALL beat though, with like 600+. It's been on 10 years consecutively.Nothing's been able to replicate One Piece's success, not even Naruto. I think OP's anime is up to almost 600 or so episodes now? I thought about watching but I just can't fathom getting started on that.
After a brief and unpopular animated series in 1973 by Nippon Television, Doraemon remained fairly exclusive in manga from until 1979 when a newly formed animation studio, Shin-Ei Animation (Now owned by TV Asahi) produced an anime series of Doraemon. This series became incredibly popular, and ended with 1,787 episodes on March 25, 2005.
In terms of sales OP stomps all over Bleach (apparently it's the best-selling manga of all time). Bleach's manga is also ending sometime soon (the anime's done, I think, at something like 370-400 episodes), whereas OP's mangaka hasn't made statement about ending it (and he still works on Fairy Tail on top of it). Naruto's pretty close too, I think, if you add Naruto and Shippuden together (dunno if Shippuden is still airing). Can't argue against Conan, I'd forgotten how long it's been around.Dragon Ball was like 520+ if you combined all the series, plus yearly movies. Bleach is getting up there too.
