Well they are to be applauded for their nuke if from orbit strategy, recall 18-20 months worth of product just to be sure it, when the problem is most likely 3 months old.
 
18-20 months? A can of Spaghettios does not last 2 days in my house. We also boil it before eating, would that remove any bacteria risks?

Not sure.. health experts? I know the main concern is the meat being undercooked, but I don't know what effect it has in a can if it hasn't been cooked all the way? Do microbes grow and cause bad stuff? Or can you cook it to 165 F and be ok?
