I know I've mentioned this in the past a few times, but my favorite feature on the board is the area at the bottom of each thread which highlights how random people found the thread using search engines. Since it is such a source of amusement for myself, I thought I'd share some of my favorites.
General:
Epic Win Thread 2 Epic Harder- f (yes, one letter)
Truth or Dare- Last Orgy of the Third Reich online
NSFW:
Beautiful Girls- Just15age pussy
Anyone have a few searches that cracked you up or just left you stunned?

Allen, who is Quiet
Down in the Webcomic Appreciation Jamboree, I always liked:
prophet allen arrowood
Powered by vBulletin printable heart shapes
#3
Krisken
Hehe, very nice
#4
bhamv3
The Mass Effect 2 thread is pretty much full of rule 34 searches, fanfic searches, or both. Interestingly, someone also got there via "rule34 scytherexx". Oh, and "f" shows up too.
#5
Krisken
The New Picture Thread has been found using the search term "Barbarubas". I have no idea what that means.
#6
figmentPez
I still can't figure out why the Good Cosplay Thread: Part 2 used to have "halforums bondage" as how some people found the thread. What is wrong with you people?
#7
Krisken
For my art thread I found this one odd: "miniature warhammer figures in beijing". Makes me wonder how the beijing portion helped with the search.
#8
figmentPez
People found the no-so-serious rant thread with "short stories cajungurl"
also a lot of searches are being found with "Powered by vBulletin" along with other words. I wonder if that's a bot doing that, or if people have discovered it's a way to find forum posts.
Oh my, the results for the funny pictures thread: "owes caligula a reach", "the amazing spider man 611 your mother is so old...." and "313merch halforums"
L4D2 thread: "where does nick say tits in l4d2"
Kurtz (Kurt? Kuntz? what's popular to call him now?) to go back to video game jokes: "liara tsoni fanfic"
A lot of the search results for one of the Doctor Who threads are for NC-17 fanfic.
 I'm wondering if that means what I think it means!

Allen, who is Quiet
Random crap thread - first I assumed all the horses were spherical and identical
#11
Krisken
Well, it certainly does fit the "random" theme

One of my favourites:
Shawnacy's 4E D&D Game, Part 2:
gamegamegamegame game game part2
Also let's not forget events past in the Webcomics Appreciation Jamboree, such as:
1) Our discussing Bobwhite, a new-ish, smaller webcomic, so much that people searching "bobwhite comic" kept ending up at Halforums.
2) The most recent Lookouts storyline over at Penny Arcade, in which our search results became filled with variations on "four went up the frosty crown but three came tumbling tumbling down" and we were on Google page 1 for Lookouts discussion.
 Nah, they can learn it for themselves. I can't wait til we see some for this thread.

pickles, defenestration, loquaciousness, privy-clearing, ambiguously gay duo, speckled frogs, speckled logs, most delicious bugs, bells of st clemens, diarrhea, cure of, rubella, cure of.
That oughtta confuse the random-searching crowd! *grins*
#18
Krisken
I'm not sure defenestration is something I want to help find my thread
#19
Officer_Charon
And what, pray tell, is wrong with defenestration? It's not like he NEEDED to use the stairs....
#20
Allen, who is Quiet
I think I'm the loquaciousness
#21
Krisken
Somehow i think every dictionary will come up before this page, Allen.
#22
Allen, who is Quiet
Man, Merriam and Webster have made themselves a very loquacious enemy on this day.
#23
Krisken
You'll have to get righteous on their asses.
#24

Ok, I have to ask, what the hell is a "vocaroo orgasm"?
#25
Cajungal
I was scared to ask.
#26
Krisken
So you saw it too, eh? I can't help but wonder if it's a new slang term the kids are using these days.
#27
Cajungal
I'd google it but I'm at work and don't know what I'm dealing with. You crazy kids.
#28
Krisken
Well, creepily, we're at the top of the list for "Vocaroo Orgasm" as a search. Apparently, Vocaroo "is a shiny new service for sending voice messages across the interwebs". I think the combination is now self explanatory.

A new, funny one for the rant thread " cheerios squirt guns shrek"

Great. We're #1 on Google for Vocaroo Orgasm. #3? 4chan.
Which would be weirder if it weren't an alt text from a Nedroid comic:
#42
Krisken
It might be my lack of sleep, but that comic makes no sense to me.
#43
Gusto
Honestly I think the Cosplay Threads and the Webcomics Jamboree are doing wonderful things for our Google rankings.
#44
Krisken
I agree Gusto. Doesn't mean I can't be in awe with wonder and fear at how they were found
#45
Gusto
Yeah that's the dark side.
I think people who are coming into our Truth or Dare thread are looking for sexy fireworks that just aren't happening.
#46
Krisken
That's our forum's power, though. We deliver the fireworks when people least expect it. Steak.
#47
Gusto
Can't spell "Steak" without "Tea".
#48
Null
Can't spell tea with out t & a, amirite?
Damn, that was sad, even for me.
#49
Officer_Charon
Null, I am fascinated by your ideas, and wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Also, apparently this page can be found by Barbarubas, bobwhite comic, and halforums bondage........

The Drunker/Higher/Wasteder thread was found using the term

This I found amusing

Wait, what happened to the "Visitors found this page..." section? I'm not seeing it anymore, what did I do?
#57

Ah well. While it was my favorite feature, I hope that someday that conflict is fixed and they work together. While I'm sad to see it go, I understand why it went.

!! Oh laws of unintended consequences! I loved this feature, too!
