I know I've mentioned this in the past a few times, but my favorite feature on the board is the area at the bottom of each thread which highlights how random people found the thread using search engines. Since it is such a source of amusement for myself, I thought I'd share some of my favorites.

General:
Epic Win Thread 2 Epic Harder- f (yes, one letter)
Truth or Dare- Last Orgy of the Third Reich online

NSFW:
Beautiful Girls- Just15age pussy

Anyone have a few searches that cracked you up or just left you stunned?

The New Picture Thread has been found using the search term "Barbarubas". I have no idea what that means.

I still can't figure out why the Good Cosplay Thread: Part 2 used to have "halforums bondage" as how some people found the thread. What is wrong with you people?

For my art thread I found this one odd: "miniature warhammer figures in beijing". Makes me wonder how the beijing portion helped with the search.

People found the no-so-serious rant thread with "short stories cajungurl"

also a lot of searches are being found with "Powered by vBulletin" along with other words. I wonder if that's a bot doing that, or if people have discovered it's a way to find forum posts.

Oh my, the results for the funny pictures thread: "owes caligula a reach", "the amazing spider man 611 your mother is so old...." and "313merch halforums"

L4D2 thread: "where does nick say tits in l4d2"

Kurtz (Kurt? Kuntz? what's popular to call him now?) to go back to video game jokes: "liara tsoni fanfic"

A lot of the search results for one of the Doctor Who threads are for NC-17 fanfic.

One of my favourites:

Shawnacy's 4E D&D Game, Part 2:

gamegamegamegame game game part2

Also let's not forget events past in the Webcomics Appreciation Jamboree, such as:

1) Our discussing Bobwhite, a new-ish, smaller webcomic, so much that people searching "bobwhite comic" kept ending up at Halforums.
2) The most recent Lookouts storyline over at Penny Arcade, in which our search results became filled with variations on "four went up the frosty crown but three came tumbling tumbling down" and we were on Google page 1 for Lookouts discussion. :)

pickles, defenestration, loquaciousness, privy-clearing, ambiguously gay duo, speckled frogs, speckled logs, most delicious bugs, bells of st clemens, diarrhea, cure of, rubella, cure of.

That oughtta confuse the random-searching crowd! *grins*

Well, creepily, we're at the top of the list for "Vocaroo Orgasm" as a search. Apparently, Vocaroo "is a shiny new service for sending voice messages across the interwebs". I think the combination is now self explanatory.

A new, funny one for the rant thread " cheerios squirt guns shrek"
