We all knew it was just a matter of time...

Well, according to the established rules of GTA: San Andreas, this game now needs an AO (Adults Only) rating because modders altered the game to include nudity.

They were slowed down because the first thing they did was figure out how to swap zangief and sakura's movement sets, with hilarious results.

They did Cammy first because there wasn't any need to alter the model. It's just a color/mapping change, really.

They didn't trade skins, they traded skeletons and movement definitions. The faces get messed up because in the game, the eyes, teeth and other things are often moving independently (but in relation to) the rest of the head structure (for instance, it's a common occurrence for blanka's eyeballs to pop out of his head when he's hit in the stomach)... so every character's definitions for the movment of eyes, teeth, etc are stored as part of the skeleton and not the model. Which means when you swap skeletons and models of two characters, the faces get messed up.

The problem is that San Andreas wasnt a mod, as it was actual code that the game designers put, and it can also be unlocked in the console version using a game shark. Basically, Rockstar put a sex mini-game, someone found it.

And with Oblivion? They upped it's maturity rating based off of mods.

Still freakin ridiculous. I mean, if I add a few changes to a nerf water gun, it's considered illegal in some states.... The problem here is, what I created is what bears protection against, not the original toy itself.

"Nerf Water Gun: Not Intended for Minors due to ability to be changed into a mass killing device"

:eyeroll:
