When I Yahtzee said limerick
my hopes vanished right quick
His words just wont flow
this surely will blow
Poetry sure ain't his schtick.

The review proved me wrong,
Thus I'll sing a new song.
His humor's just fine
through his words all in rhyme
I was able to follow along.

Yeah, I know those probably aren't limericks because of the wrong number of syllables. I've never claimed to be a good poet.

I don't think that it's at all lame
I think it's a wonderful game.
The gameplay does mimick
but not mired by gimmicks
a solid shooter all the same.

It's a fun little game,
Even if much is the same
As other games, you big potsi.

But I'm very glad he did it
Even though he looked like a whore
When he gave it a score
But it's probably best the game is a farce
Because remade old games look like an arse.

I feel the same.

I was looking forward to to his review of the clusterfuck of a game called Wolfenstein. I got this... albeit it was sorta entertaining, I really wanted him to destroy it like they have destroyed the franchise. Fuck, he didn't even mention their terrible MP compared to RTCW. :(

Am I the only one who is actually enjoying them? I loved the Irish accent thing, and the limerick bit had me laughing most of the way through.

I thought it was creative.

As for wolfenstein,
Modest enjoyment was mine
Even if it was just the same old schtick.

I think it's more in the way that he wants to keep things fresh so he (and his viewers) don't get bored, you know? He's ALWAYS done some kind of a gimmick (racism angle in 50 Cent, loading times in Bionic Commando, webcomics, etc).

It's kind of like how he has the reputation for never giving positive reviews, but hands them out more often than people realize, but still criticizes their faults.

Personally, I've been waiting two weeks for him to do the Batman review. Blasted different release dates in Australia.
