Yeah, well, I'm iffy about opening one present. The Luthors send the SAME present every year.

-the donkey kong game for wii
- hat and gloves
-about 500-600 dollars worth of makeup that my mom got for 100 dollars
-assorted other things i cant remember at the moment

Been looking into those.

Nothing so far. But it's early, yet.

Those shoes are amazing. I got a pair back in the summer for running, and--while they will kill your calves for the first little while you wear them--I feel much faster and more stable when I sprint.

For Christmas, so far I got a DNA crystal (Mini DNA Science Crystals - clear glass 3D sculpture | Edmund Scientific), a hand boiler, and an awesome hand-bound leather journal with hand-made paper. Good year so far

That's an amazing Blu-Ray haul man. Three thumbs up

I got $100. I'm probably going to spend it on DVDs/Blurays.

I got an any soldier box, with socks, beef jerky, playing cards, and cards from school aged children. I bought myself an iPod Classic, a Macbook Pro, and a kindle.

I got headphones, a water bag, and some money for college from relatives. I bought myself a few Steam games.

I got money and a gift certificate for a theater chain that has no locations near me.

With the money I've bought games (Metro 2033, Darksiders, Blueberry Garden, Planescape Torment, Humble Indie Bundle #2) and some earbuds to replace mine that just broke. They've been falling apart for a couple years, but the right bud finally shorted-out. The very next day there was a great deal on some Klipsch buds. Now I just have to wait for them to ship.

EDIT: My family also got gifts of chocolates of many sorts; as well as a pancake gift basket of jam, jelly, honey, pancake mix and real maple syrup. Mmmm, I want pancakes.

Gift cards, some great books, neat kitchen stuff, a funny t shirt, truffle-infused cooking oil, and some money.

Jake gave me Professor Layton (I've neeever gotten around to playing it!) and some really cute polka dotted pajama pants. I had to get rid of all my old ones because they were from when I was wayyy bigger.

My sister gave me something very special. She saw that my music binder was really crappy, so she printed out all this new sheet music for me and put it in a very pretty binder. Her artist friend designed its cover. I'll love it forever!

I gave some good gifts this year too--I got my brother some really warm gloves and a fleece neck cuff. He's always cold since he lost weight, and his house has no heat. I got my sister a little multi-use tool that she's been wanting--pliers/screwdriver/ruler/wire cutter. She loved it. Got my Dad some tea, and I got my mom some storage containers she'd been wanting. I got Jake Y The Last Man and a hard back copy of The Divine Comedy... along with the promise to devote 2 hours to trying out any video game he wants to me try. He has a hard time getting me to do that.

I put together a little care package for a friend who loves cooking, salty snacks, and lemon candy: A jar of garlic-stuffed olives, some capers, a huuuge box of Lemon Heads, and an appetizer cookbook... oh, and some funky nail polish. She loves trying out new colors. ^_^ Good Christmas.

Well, I do sleep in the nude all year. But I do tend to enjoy something more relaxed to wear for home evenings and overnight stays when visiting relatives.

I can't wait to be digging in.

I got two big things this year, a Kindle WiFi+3G and a Nikon Coolpix. Both will be awesome when I go to Prague next month. I also got a big box of goodies from a friend a few states over which are pretty delicious.

I got some great looks of joy and surprise from my daughter and wife as they opened their gifts. Best gift I got, my daughter decided that the entire family had to hold hands and dance around her baby brother while singing Christmas carols. It was awesome!

Just got back to the office today and on my desk was a big bottle of smirnoff vodka, a jeep wrangler matchbox car, and two oven mitts. I had unsuccessfully tried to jumpstart a coworkers car the week before Xmas and ended up burning my hands when a short melted my jumper cables (Plastic melted off, I went to pull them off and grabbed the melting plastic/copper mass). I'll use the oven mitts next time.

my first Bluray movie (Ghostbusters), a Bluray player (my gift to myself day after Thanksgiving) , an HDMI switch so I can switch back and forth from the Tivo to the Bluray and still keep a full 1080p res.; a Garmin Nuvi 255w GPS (WOOHOO!) that I am LOVING.... and a concussion from crashing while skiing on my birthday on the 23rd resulting in stop and go speech this week but not so much in typing. (go figure!) =P

My mum gave me money so I bought a new computer desk with that. I still need to send her a picture so she'll know what she got me.

I'm usually the one giving gifts not receiving them. This past year I did get 1 breadmaker from a person I work for. Still no easy bake oven. LOL maybe next year..
