Honestly? When I was way into WoW, I'd start playing straight out of bed and wrap myself in a fleece blanket. Sometimes I'd have the cat in my lap, too (that sounds awful, btw).
I would do that as well... but I'm way too much of a wuss about being cold to ever play topless.
I hate being cold too! >.< But for some reason it made more sense for a fleece blanket and panties rather than actually grabbing clothes. Maybe it was because the blanket was already warm, and whatever clothes I'd be putting on would be cold at the time. 
I put on my robe and wizard hat.
