In fairness to JJ he was the owner during one of the greates periods of Cowboy history.
They were great because of Jimmy Johnson and Landry's draft picks. When JJ started pushing his weight around, he lost a HoF Coach, and squandered one of the greatest teams ever.

True, but the same is true for Al Davis and the Raiders. Davis was a great coach and owner at one point. Then, as time went on, he became a giant anchor around the Raider's necks. I think the same thing about Jones.

Well you see, the league really has to focus on player safety right now, what with all of the knee injuries, traumatic brain injuries, rib injuries, lacerated spleens, etc. Now, it's one thing to spike a player - that can cause minor abrasions, after all - but it's another thing entirely to wear your socks so low that you risk damaging the delicate psyches of the opposing team by exposing your hairy man-legs to them.

Ah hell, what am I saying? Roger Goodell is a hack.

I think it's a minor victory that the NFL fined Brady instead of Ed Reed.
I'm sure that Reed got a letter telling him not to put one of their poster pretty boys in harms way by running at him while he has the ball. That's just dangerous for the appearance of the league, and could put a revenue stream in jeopardy.

If the Niners want to have any chance here, they need to put Smith in. We all remember the Niners Saints shoot-out in the playoffs last year. That was Smith. They need that here, since Flacco doesn't fear heaving it all the way down field. The Ravens will just keep padding that lead.

There are so many jokes I want to say but they are all in bad taste. Some of them are even slightly racist.

So I won't.

I guess this proves that no stadium can handle two giant light-up Beyonce heads.

It's a dark day for the NFL.
