dude, you are built like a brick shithouse, all of you are in such good shape! man I would kill to be 200 too, I am still a hefty 226, after coming down from my high of 255.Faffing is British slang for messing around, not doing something seriously. I've just been running 1.5 milers, not really getting anything done, and over the holidays, I paid for it.
Currently 245. Goal is 200 (or 18% body fat, whichever comes first)

Sometimes not feeling different is just fine, as long as you aren't regressing. The most important thing is that you don't give up! I think that's what happens to most people, they don't see instant results, so they give up.
