I just wanted to say that though I've disappered in posting in this thread, I haven't in my workouts. Now that the weather is nice I get to jog about three times a week.
I've been doing reading on the subject of jogging and I just wanted to let you all know that when it comes to weight loss, you want distance. Running fast is wonderful and great, but overall weight loss comes from going the distance, so if you need to slow down to keep going, it's okay.
Just in case anyone was discouraged about speed, I just wanted to let you know that speed isn't the only thing.
Keep at it everyone! Even if you aren't posting much, know that I'm rooting for you all!
