I've been seeing this pop up a lot lately, and I don't really get it.I can't believe I never noticed this... Commander Riker can't just sit like a normal person.
HOW COULD ANYONE NOT NOTICE THAT

I was too busy watching Picard like a hawk to point out when he adjusts his tunic by pulling down on the front.I've been seeing this pop up a lot lately, and I don't really get it.

I'm pretty upset with myself for never seeing it.I've been seeing this pop up a lot lately, and I don't really get it.

Ah yes, the Picard Maneuver.I was too busy watching Picard like a hawk to point out when he adjusts his tunic by pulling down on the front.
Isn't that the real Picard maneuver?[DOUBLEPOST=1368129495][/DOUBLEPOST]Crud, ninja'd.I was too busy watching Picard like a hawk to point out when he adjusts his tunic by pulling down on the front.
See, that's what I remember about Riker sitting. He did that too, right?I noticed the sitting that way. He just reminded me of Rog from What's Happening who always turned the chair around so he could lean forward on the back of the chair.
Me too, when approaching low-backed chairs..... I sit like that....
Not just News, FOX News.... How the **** does that qualify as news?
It looks like Darth Vader wasn't the only interesting recording project...TomTom is making a few voice packs based on star wars for their GPS units. Here's a promotional short they produced about the recording session with Darth Vader:
Stuff like this reverts me right back to being a little kid, excited about everything space.Chris Hadfield, a Canadian astronaut, and one of the most visible astronauts on the ISS in recent years due to his embrace of twitter and frequent video blog experiments, is returning home tonight after over five months free falling in orbit.
He brought his guitar with him, and has recorded a version of David Bowie's space oddity with some spectacular views for our collective viewing pleasure:
There are a number of sites telling one where to go to view his landing, starting around 7pm ET.
I spent a day with YouTube just playing his videos in a loop on one of our TVs and I and my kids were mesmerized at times with his interesting experiments. It's worth a look if you've got time to kill.

cameo by who?
Do youtube videos load incredibly slowly for anyone else? My internet speeds are the same as they've always been, and my isp doesn't seem to be throttling flash video, yet youtube videos, which used to load instantly in high def, take forever to buffer now.
