Just to be clear that is photoshopped. That is my local news station of choice, and they never put that up on the screen.

And now Asiana is considering bringing a lawsuit against the NTSB and KTVU. And I really hope they do, because that was just fucking stupid. Hilarious... but really stupid.

Why sue the NTSB? They had NOTHING to do with what the television station did.

I imagine that they're fairly used to the way our courts work. Sue absolutely every single person, company, or government agency that could be the least bit responsible in any way - that way you have the best chance of making something stick and/or getting the best payout possible.

Earlier tonight I went out to dinner with two friends. When they both stopped talking and just locked in on their smartphones doing god-knows-what, I told them it was time to call it a night.
