Project Eternity will probably be like that, being made as a spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment. If not that, Wasteland is coming out too.
Do videos count? Because this one left me in stitches. Jim Sterling, high on painkillers after having his wisdom teeth removed, plays Bus Simulator 2012 in the oddest way possible.
Same thing for me. He's talked about how a few exchanges with some people online showed him what kind of provoking troll he was being and he's worked on changing that part of him. It's definitely worked. He's basically one of the VERY few consumer advocates in the games press.

The pride of any Rear Admiral, trader or pirate thanks to it's modular iconic design. Loaded with guns or freight, no one is disappointed when they're the proud owners of a Constellation.
It comes standard with not one, not two but four Behring M4A Laser cannons, 2 Behring Marksman HS Missle 8-Packs and 2 Klaus and Werner CF-227 Panther twin turrets. Enough to handle an entire wing of pirate raiders.
Mine has a (currently empty) fighter bay where a detachable escort can be flown by me, a friend or an AI hireling.
I can tell you right now, her name is The Vindicator.

Whelp, back to Skyrim for me.
Payday 2 is kind of a buggy game.
Not all the DLC is out yet, so GOTY status wouldn't help.
GOTY isn't some official award given out every year. It's a marketing term that's thrown around by a dozen different magazines and other publications. When they want to put out a goty edition, they can find -anyone- to call it that and quote it on the box.
Hell, I think IGN will name anything you want GOTY for the right price.
