Wow, what an asshole. There was a minor fender-bender (the one responsible is up for debate, but the damage was minor). The one taking the video is a female marine veteran paraplegic whose brother, the driver, is her full-time caretaker. The guy hulking out in the video is Sgt. Joshua Brightman (an Iraq veteran with a Purple Heart), who completely lost his shit after the accident. He was later arrested and charged with communicating a threat. Last I heard he was undergoing court-mandated therapy.
So the full story is an emotionally unstable marine lost his shit after a minor accident, and was later punished for his behavior.
Cyriak came out with some new stuff. It happens periodically....
dafuq did I just watch?

I couldn't have answered the aircraft question, but otherwise, that was pretty simple stuff. I mean, they have and use the power of edit, but man, just the fact that people struggle to get dates anywhere close, or name Reagan as an Axis leader... Ouch.
... really? Nothing came to mind for that question? The most iconic american propeller-driven fighter, the P51 Mustang? The B-17 flying fortress? Just the word "Messerschmidt" by itself, if not the first jet, the Me-262? The Lancaster, the Spitfire, the Hurricane, the Thunderbolt, the Corsair, the Hellcat? The P-38 Lightning, immortalized in every kid's memory from the 1942 arcade game? The Japanese Zero? The B-29 Superfortress that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? The JU-88 Junker? The Stuka dive bomber?I couldn't have answered the aircraft question, but otherwise
I know the B-29, I know the Corsair, and I recognise a handful of names but couldn't summon a picture to my mind for any of them.... really? Nothing came to mind for that question? I know not everybody's an airplane enthusiast or a history nut, but many of these have been so ingrained into pop culture that at least one should pop up for most people. I mean, surely you've at least played Battlefield 1942, right? Seen the Bugs Bunny cartoon where he inadvertently gets hypnotized into thinking he's a B-19?
Surprised no mention of the A-10.... really? Nothing came to mind for that question? The most iconic american propeller-driven fighter, the P51 Mustang? The B-17 flying fortress? The question was just about World War 2 aircraft. Not that the A-10 Warthog, excuse me, Thunderbolt II, isn't an awesome and iconic American military aircraft.Surprised no mention of the A-10.

I'm at work right now where I don't have sufficient access to update the Flash player to a version that isn't blocked, so I am unable to watch the actual video. The question was just about World War 2 aircraft.
Ah. The video was asking trivia questions about WW2 to various men and women to see which gender knew the topic better. It was rather one-sided, especially the "Name one aircraft used in WW2" question.I'm at work right now where I don't have sufficient access to update the Flash player to a version that isn't blocked, so I am unable to watch the actual video.

But that plane sure scared the crap out of a bunch of Iraqis in Desert Storm. That was OUR plane, could take a beating and keep right on flying. 23rd Tac Fighter Wing, England AFB.The question was just about World War 2 aircraft. We could do a whole thread on how awesome the A-10 is.But that plane sure scared the crap out of a bunch of Iraqis in Desert Storm. That was OUR plane, could take a beating and keep right on flying. 23rd Tac Fighter Wing, England AFB.
