God I wish we could decide whether we are going to spoiler show stuff or book stuff in this thread. I end up clicking the spoiler links because the previous 3 have been about book stuff that is contemporary with the show, then the next one is a serious spoiler that hasn't come up in the show yet. Could people please identify if their spoiler is a real spoiler (as in its something in the books that hasn't yet happened in the show but is going to)?

I remember politely asking to have split threads for book watchers and TV watchers back in the day and everyone told me to fuck off, so I stopped reading this thread until I got most of the heavy-hitter book shit spoiled elsewhere (thanks douchebag co-worker)

I more or less gave up on watching the show, so you'd be safe to assume most of my spoilers are book ones.

I've essentially given up on both, I got bored of sexpositions being the main reason I gave up on the show, but really it's because I don't really ever watch TV.

Well, to be perfectly honest, I torrent the episodes and watch them when and where I want (and the cat likes the living room couch better than the PC room). Granted, that "when" usually turns out to be within an hour of it actually airing on HBO. Which is ironic considering my cable package includes HBO, but I'd rather torrent it.

This may help for future seasons of the show and people worried about spoilers: The Ironborn segments will be boring. It's a spoiler sure, but now you know when to go to the bathroom.

I haven't read the books, however I am sure HBO will add boobs to those scenes or if they already have boobs in them, add 100% more boobs.

Long story short, professor posted a picture of daughter wearing Game of Thrones t-shirt that read, "I Will Take What is Mine With Fire & Blood." and the dean freaked out that....I dunno, a bloody coup was incoming or something and got the professor suspended.

The most smagical part was this:

Miller claimed that he believed the "fire" described in Daenerys' quote "could be a kind of proxy for 'AK-47s.'"
