Saw this on the "news crawl" on this morning's television during breakfast.
Sorrel Brooke and Claude Akins are already gone, once Sonny Shroyer goes we'll only have Paul Gross left as our last remaining comedy cop.

I wasn't a big Dukes fan so this one doesn't affect me too much, but when reading Fade's post I went to IMDB. I had no idea Enos had his own show for a season. TIL.

Not a Duke's fan and I have never been a big television watcher, so it's not surprising at all that I missed a single season show.

The problem with Enos that I remember is that when he left Hazzard County, he became Super-cop. So the show was a little dull. I would not mind seeing some episodes again.

Best was such a good character actor. But these types of roles tend to either type cast you or turn you into "Hey, it's that guy!"

I've said it before...I'm not Patr-I-Haven't-Seen-It-Thom, I'm Patr-I-Saw-Something-Else-Instead-Thom.
But even I couldn't make it through more than 2 episodes of After M*A*S*H.
If it makes you feel any better, I haven't seen any Ally McBeal.

Most of my 80s TV knowledge comes from the 2000s when I finally got to catch up on the things my parents wouldn't let me watch. I think I got about an hour, maybe two, a week, and it was whatever my parents were watching.

Hell, my mom used to call out the front door for me so I'd know when Dukes of Hazzard was coming on, I'd drop whatever I was doing, whoever I was playing with, to go watch that when I was a kid.

Hell, Dukes of Hazzard was my Sesame Street. When I moved up north, none of my new friends had ever heard of Bo and Luke Duke, and I had no idea who the hell Big Bird was.

Got to meet James Best a couple of times. He was rather set in his ways, but very willing to talk about the roles that he played. He played in a TON of western-based movies and television.
