I remember seeing some Czech movie once (which my Czech friend tells me was a comedy, but I couldn't really tell) about a vampire car. It had teeth in the gas pedal, and every time you pressed the gas, it drained your blood.

I didn't see Man of Steel, but I thought that looked pretty good. I like Affleck's batman voice much better than Bale's. And it'd make sense for batman to make a robot voice to sound more intimidating.

I'm hoping that this is just the marketing team trying to play up the Bat/Supes fight and that the movie won't actually be that dark and grim, and that Superman won't actually be the villain. He can't be, they want to make a billion other shitty movies after this one.

It looks like there's a religious group that worships Superman as a god, and they even have a military force (the armed soldiers that kneel to him have Superman S HOPE symbols on their arms) and are probably committing atrocities in his name. So Supes has to try to stop them, while facebook founder Lex Luthor slams him on the net and convinces everyone he is evil. And that's what leads to Batman having to confront him. After all, Batman knows Superman killed Zod, and Batman doesn't kill...

Well... except those guys. Those guys are totally dead.

No, it's ok, they're just unconscious...
While freeze framing to make that image, I actually noticed that the guy in the truck disappears right before the explosion. The truck also turns into an entirely different truck, one without the gun mounted on top.

For those curious, here's the freeze frame.

Alright, so apparently there have been some details released as to why Warner Bros. kicked Michelle McLaren off Wonder Woman. First, she wanted to do an epic origin story for the hero, which Warner Bros. apparently does not want to do. Secondly, they were concerned about if she could pull off the sort of large-scale action that a superhero film calls for...even though her work includes Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and The Walking Dead, and Marvel has done a fine job with directors whose previous work wasn't in the field of large-scale action.

Wow. Just... wow. "We give you a movie about the most iconic female superhero there is, and you have the audacity to want to give her an epic origin story? How dare you! You're Fired!"

Yet another brilliant decision from WB/DC.

I wonder if every movie in this series will be a total trainwreck or just most of them because of these dumbass decisions.

It's like they saw the poor decision-making that went on behind the scenes with Ant-Man and thought "yes, that's the Marvel production to use as a role model."

....Wondy...:(

You want to know what the worst part of all this is?

I've wanted to see a Superman vs Batman movie (World's Finest, if you will) since I was a little kid. Now I can't even get excited by the prospect.

Thanks, DC, you've officially ruined a good chunk of comics for me.

And as I've stated before, I'm not even laying this on WB. They're a studio, they're trying to make their money. DC, however, has been following nonsensically stupid editorial edicts ever since Blew Fifty Dudes.
