I went to the post office today (since this is the first day I knew they'd be open since the 24th), and lo and behold, there was unexpected loot! Apparently, it arrived on the 29th - there will be pictures and squee-ing after work this evening.

I didn't have a @klew what was in the box! But there were lots of neat goodies.

I'm looking forward to having a chance to read through the book - in my quick skim it looks really interesting, and beautifully put together.
And more musics! A Straight No Chaser that I don't have! Woot!
Alia (the nosey white cat in the background) thinks that Chuck Norris needs to die, and has taken to attacking him at every opportunity.
I love the cards, and my twitchy board fingers will be seeing what else can be made from that lego.

It's a lovely and thoughtful assortment of goodies, and an excellent way to start the new year!

Yay, it arrived! Couldn't tell what happened because tracking stops just after the border, so good to know they held it for you.
